I am in a dispute with them over their rollover policy and withholding my payouts. I am considering doing a chargeback since my deposit was via credit card. Have not done one before so wanted to see if anyone had any experience with doing one with them? I would assume they call you and harass you but I don’t think there is anything they can really do right? If anyone has done one with them can you share what they did or tried to do to you?
I have money in my account right now that I am trying to withdraw and they won’t let me due to some rollover rule that was never told to me. Anytime you take a bonus, there's a rollover. You read the information and it explains it. They aren't going to give you bonus money and let you you place a few bets and cash out with the bonus to go with it.
Anyone that does a chargeback because they don't understand the terms is simply a welch and an idiot.
Rollover your bonus and then cash out if you don't like the way it is. They told you in either e-mail or on the site, you just failed to read the terms or understand them.
